Brentford have announced the acquisition of Spanish left-back Sergio Reguilon from Spurs on loan until the end of the season. The 27-year-old left-back spent the first half of the season on loan at Manchester United, but the deal was cancel midway through the month by the Old Trafford club.
He joined Spurs from Real Madrid in 2020 and spent last season on loan with Atletico Madrid.
“This is a very good signing for us. Sergio is the perfect fit for us.” Brentford manager Thomas Frank said.
“We talked for a while that we wanted a good left-back and we managed to get a very good left-back.”
“He fits exactly what we want. He likes to play games. Opens the ball very well. And has a very good left foot.”
“He has the experience we need to strengthen the team. And he has a great personality.”
“We need him. But I also think he wants us to show what a good footballer he is. I believe this will be a positive collaboration.” Report by สมัคร ufabet

Reguilon said: “I am very happy. I think this is what I need right now for my career.”
“Thomas is an important person in this transfer. I am at a time where I need to play regularly and I think this club can give me that. In these 6 months I will do everything for the team. But it is also important for my future.”
“The team needs to refocus on the Premier League, Ivan (Tony) is back and I think we can do a lot of things. together”
