Tottenham Hotspur manager Ange Postecoglou has confirmed Timo Werner will be out for four weeks with a hamstring injury.

Werner has struggled for form this season, scoring once and providing three assists in 26 appearances in all competitions. But Postecoglou is keen not to lose another injury-plagued player during his side’s injury crisis.
“He’s had a scan and he’s got a hamstring injury so he’ll be out for three or four weeks,” Postecoglou said. “
We have to try to find a way to manage the numbers so we don’t lose anybody else.”
Postecoglou was asked about the progress of back-up goalkeeper Fraser Forster. Who has been out of the last four games through illness.
The forward picked up the issue in our FA Cup third round win at Tamworth last weekend. เล่น UFABET ผ่านมือถือ สะดวกทุกที่ ทุกเวลา And that ruled him out of the north London derby at the Emirates on Wednesday evening.
Ange said Timo would undergo scans earlier this week, and asked in his pre-match press conference on Friday for an update, Ange replied: “He had a scan, he has a hamstring tweak, so he’ll be out for three to four weeks.”
“He’s back in training and had a full session for the first time this week,” said the Australian.
Spurs received another boost with Ben Davies available again for the trip to Everton. Though it is not yet clear whether Yves Bissouma and Brennan Johnson are fit.
